British / UK Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy; PG Certificate in Education; 20 years experience of working with a teaching students of all abilities. I use advanced techniques such as NLP to increase the rate and ease of learning, but keep it fun and engaging at all times. School really are the best days of your life, and I like to remind students how much fun discovery, learning and problem solving can be. I work with students to build a solid foundation of knowledge based on relevant and easy to follow rules of learning, then help students grasp the ideas through practice and real problem solving. I use INQUIRY BASED LEARNING that enables students to learn faster and remember longer, designed around individual learning and communication styles science. All students are assessed for their learning and communication styles prior to tutoring so a personalised approach can be delivered that really works. A typical session involves solving small problems that are explored; evaluated; questioned and then design of key rules to solve similar problems.
