Higher Diploma in Teaching, UK National Curriculum and Private UK and US schools.

Experience:

I can teach English, History, Mathematics, Science quite well.

Approach:

After an initial discussion with both parents and students regarding their needs, I look at samples of work from the subjects where help is required. Based on that, I develop a list of skills that have to be taught to enable the desired progress - these skills will be realistic, easy to monitor within a given time frame and of maximum benefit. I can also provide additional suggestions and resources to enable parents to become more involved in their children's ongoing learning.
