I am a certified Yoga Teacher and love guiding relaxing and invigorating yoga classes; helping to make people feel better in their own body. As a certified Health Coach and Private Chef I am well versed in different dietary requirements. Finding the importance not only in what we do, but how lead me to a mindful approach in my work with Yoga, Nutrition and in my Life overall.
