completed 800 RYT including therapy

Experience:

Experience of teaching Yoga to all age students. Knowledge of several asanas and breathing techniques. Ability to demonstrate and teach techniques for performing basic and advanced asanas. Good knowledge of human anatomy and impact of asanas on different body parts. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Conducting pre-natal yoga sessions. A deep desire to help people heal and grow. 9-10 long history of regular yoga practice.
