Experience:

I have been a tutor for more than 4 years in the capacity as a n English and Literature and I approach teaching from the perspective of the student in question.

Approach:

I will be designing the lesson plans keeping in mind the student needs. I put more emphasis on regular practice, which will help the students in clearing their doubts as well. I also conduct subject-based activities & discussions to induce critical thinking
