I am an active and enthusiastic yoga instructor, having 4yr experience with specialization in traditional yoga. I design my training modules to help students to attain their fitness goals and targets. I give my 100% to make my class successful and keep the track record of my client's performance, attendance and improvements. Client's satisfaction is the priority for me. And I teach for all ages.

Approach:

I teach Therapeutic, prenatal,yoga for stress management, meditation and pranayama for concentration and relaxation in with different techniques. Yoga is just not about the attractive postures. It's about aligning yourself to the universal consciousness. It is so important one to know about the mental fitness. Nothing in the world teach us about mental fitness apart from yoga. With our materialistic life we forget who we are, what is our purposes of life. I want to spread the language of love and peace. Make people understand their importance of life. So spreading yoga became my passion in this unhappy world.
