Experience:I have been teaching since a decade now. Teaching the elementary education since 10 years, have enabled me to understand my students better. The teaching and learning engagement further can come to fruition only when the learners are exposed to personalised style of teaching or by exposing them to different methodologies of teaching ie teach the way you want to be taught formulae. Only then will the learning happen. My teaching is much inspired from teaching the Cambridge (IGCSE) and the International Baccalaureate (IB) pattern of transdisiplinary teaching. Having worked in top international schools in India, South east asia and the Middle east, i have better understanding of the students communitys learning pattern, their strenghts, area of development, their lifestyle etc. I personalize their learning in a laguage they understand, break them into simpler datas and present it in a much easier form, so that it gets glued to them. Also with the experience of theatre i blend all my teaching and integrate every subject with it so that the session is always fun oriented and interactive, hence acheving the common goal. With my vast experience, my education and an international teaching certificate my objective is to only Enrich, Enpower and Enable all my students.
Approach:As a creative person i understand each person has his/her own ways of approaches to learning. Hence i plan my lessons in such a way that there is enough space for each and everyone in the class, mostly everything practically oriented live training and a few for my theory lessons. Most of my lessons contain real life experiences that are faced by students on a daily basis and focus is on how do we deal with them.
