Experience:

I have a diploma in hospitality management with experience in customer service and customer care. I have trained individuals before in various customer related fields, especially how to improve on customer retention. I also have experience in motivational speaking and counseling.

Approach:

Depending on the clients needs or area of interest, I do adjust based the learners knowledge and experience..I compile notes and do afew practical scenarios while conducting the traning session.
