Experience:

Started tutoring while I was doing my final year at University. Tutored first year students and part time students for Evening classes. It was mainly Financial Accounting. In my career I have worked as a Training consultant in Business Finance I spent my 17 years of my career implementing financial systems and training is a major component of system implementation. I have a diploma in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Approach:

Tutoring approach depends on the level of knowledge of the student, the understanding of English language by the student, either as a group or one on one coaching. It can not be uniform approach. I plan lessons depending on the identified weaknesses of the student. I can record voice messages for students to listen to again and again after tutorials.
