I perform pre-assessment and post-assessment activities regarding the subject to make sure that the student is acquiring the subject knowledge thoroughly. I follow child-centric method and accept individual differences of my students. My lesson plans and teaching methodology are one of a kind in the sense that I check for misconceptions regarding the subject and would take effort to make them self articulate( the why, what, how and what they are learning ).
