Experience:

I am an IT university lecturer and trainer for more than 14 years as experience. I am also the author of two books of Linux. I taught mainly : C, C++, Java and UML language, Operating Sysmainly:amentals, C/Linux, Unix/Linux, script programming, Linux user, Linux administration, Android, web service, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DBMS. As for qualifications, I am now: -Android ATC Certified Trainer - Linux Professional Institute Certified: LPIC1.

Approach:

IT courses includes generally theorical and practice notions. So, as a structure, a whole course will be diveded into chapters. each chapter is composed of sections and lab. each section is followed by practices. As a pedagogical planning, for each chapter we have to define the prerequists, the gneral objectives and the out puts. in addition, for each lesson (or section) we have to define the specific objectives. As a tutor, I have to help, reach, accompany simultaneously :  - the socialization of the learner / trainee (welcoming, give details, integration, ...) - the transmission and transfer of knowledge (guide, supervise, help, lead, ...) - the qualification of the learner / trainee (create project, evaluate the progress work, evaluate the objectives, ...)
