Experience:

I hold nearly fourteen years of experience in the education field with eight of those being spent as an administrator in a.primary school.

Approach:

I plan my lessons according to students need and ability in their subjects. I will find way to make learning ' relevant, authentic and valuable ' in their life by actively engage my students and help them feel personally connected to their learning by using some strategies like use students interest and fascinations, give them choices ,present information in.multiple formats and teach their self-monitoring skills.
