Qualification:

Post Graduate Teaching Diploma (Secondary), Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Studies and Theatre

Experience:

I have 10 years experience teaching in secondary schools, and have been teaching in international schools for the last 6 years. I have taught English, Drama, Dance and Media/Film. I am currently teaching IB Drama/Theatre at International School London, Qatar (ISL Qatar).

Approach:

I am fun, friendly and flexible. What ever the learning goals are for the student I am good at making the material relevant and fun to do. I pay attention to the students interests and find ways to link material or where possible explore material that interests them. Through questioning and reflection I encourage students to take ownership of their own learning, and become more independent and resourceful.
