Experience:

My qualification is BSc(maths, statistics, computer science) M.B.A (finance). I have 7 years of experience in the field of teaching and I have a track record of student getting average of 70% and above in my subjects. My IELTS score is 7 bands. For the fast learners, teachers should act as a guide and a mentor and the students start progressing themselves and teachers should focus more on average students as they progress slowly and focus more on their area of interest.

Approach:

For an effective lesson planning, as a teacher first know the objective than writing the lesson plans, goals and overview with a timeline. My tutoring techniques are having one-to-one relationship between the student and me, giving time for students to communicate and offering constructive feedback rather than criticize, asking students if there is anything else they can share, familiarizing with difficult situations etc.
