Qualification:Masters degree in Biochemistry
Experience:My main strengths in teaching lie in Secondary school science with experiencing in classroom teaching of Biology, Chemistry and Physics to GCSE. I possess A Levels in Maths and Geography and have a wealth of GCSE knowledge in these subjects also. I have 2 years experience teaching Chemistry and Biology at A Level and so can offer these as tutor subjects.
Approach:My lessons centre around inspiring pupils with enquiry. Beginning with a question of why the Science is relevant to every day life. Then I use Powerpoints, practise exam questions and definitions to support pupils to learn visually, academically but also to engage with the language as Science often contains some difficult words which pupils must learn.
