Bachelor and Masters Degree's in Psychology with a minor in Sociology

Experience:

I have taught at the college university level and tutored high school students. Additionally, I have designed syllabi on classroom activities ranging from financial literacy, and resume preparedness to critical analysis of assigned readings. I have trained students on how to manage electronic portfolios via an online learning portal. Lastly, I've monitored social and academic progression of my students with their academic advisors, helping them to address weaknesses in their learning styles.

Approach:

I believe the crux of any students learning experience truly starts with their belief in themselves to learn. For these reasons I generally like to start at the base of a student's knowledge to see what they know and understand, and then from their guide and support them while simultaneously challenging them in their learning experience. My lessons are also one of a kind because I believe in learning being fun. Additionally, I am prompt, punctual, and enjoy sharing a good laugh.
