Experience:I used to work for a US based company(BPO) back in the Philippines for 7 years as a Training and Communications Manager I have conducted English Communications Skills Training for the following: Basic English Communication, Grammar, Pronunciation, Sentence Construction(both written and oral) Skill specific (Sales, Customer Service, Corporate Setting, Constructive Criticism, Leadership Training, Talent Development).
Approach:I believe and use the Teach-to-Fish Methodology to my students. I make sure that I train English Communication in a relevant and practical manner that suits the learner's needs. This way, they will be more attentive and learn faster because the materials and examples that we will use are appropriate and interesting to the learner.
