Experience:

I have worked as a tutor for three years during my college years at Texas A&M. I tutored students daily in Mathematics for all levels, Physics, Electronics, Statics and Dynamics. There I learned how to approach students of different schooling levels and backgrounds, and help them get over the difficulties they face. I also helped them learn how to approach their subjects in an effective manner.

Approach:

Tutoring to me is ineffective if the tutee does not participate. My method is simple but effective; I start to explain the concept part by part, and do a few examples to test understanding. We then move on to more difficult samples, but I let the tutee initiate the process to solve it. I adjust my teaching to what best fits each student depending on their speed and ability to grasp the material.
