Approach:I use individual teaching and small group discussion, assignments, project work, survey and lab reports are some of them. Considering unique capacities of students, I use varieties of teaching tools to allow them to understand through different ways as well as to demonstrate their understanding in different ways. My preferred teaching style is delegator and facilitator. Yes, I always love these two roles in my teaching. Here, I have an opportunity to focus on specific needs and unique capacities of different students and to provide them with different and alternative options to maximize their learning.
