My approach to the student and lessons: * Be thorough with the syllabus, topics and the time of completion of each. * Thoroughly understand the strength and weakness of the student * Always plan short interesting sessions of theory followed by workouts and short breaks. * Planning and preparation before each session. * Encouraging self initiative of the student maximum * Follow up work or activity( simple as possible related to the topic) for each topic
