Experience:

I am enjoying teaching kids, although I don't have formal teaching experience but I do have a lot of nephews and nieces from age 3 to 11yrs old that I teach with. They are enjoying as well being with me.

Approach:

Getting the attention first of the kids is the most important to consider and finding out kids interest & correlating it to the topic or lesson.
