Experience:

For six years, I have handled different kinds of students who have different needs especially in English subject. I always believe that learning is never spoon feeding but more on motivation and remediation. The learner should be able to help himself to catch up with his difficulties and eventually master the skills that he's learned. More than my expertise in English, I believe that my commitment and passion for my learners' progress is what I can offer to my learners.

Approach:

First and foremost, I have to know my learners' needs. (profiling) After that, i can design the curriculum or lessons for the learner. What makes my lessons one of kind is that the lessons that I prepare are student-centered, enjoyable and functional (focusing on usage{function} more that the grammar {form}) There are various of tutoring techniques that I use. It depends on my learner. But i think what makes my techniques different from others is that every technique, which i think is the most important thing is that I always use my heart in every approach which ensures not only learners' progress academically but emotionally as well.
