Experience:

5 & above years in computer / IT. Computers / IT, C, C++, Java, Undergone Soft Skill trainings -VSquare Infotech in 2007 & Infosys Technologies in 2010. Good Interpersonal skills, Teamplayer, facilitation & ability to interact with all levels of Management, Business leaders and Technology stakeholders. Focused, Deadline oriented, Initiative, enthusiasm and curiosity.

Approach:

Management Skills & Reporting Complete Project, Program Management & strong SDLC background Knowledge. Delivery management/ Delivery review/ end to end client relationship management. Resource Management, Staffing/ Recruiting/Training support & Administration tasks. Financial Reporting, Bugeting, Project Plans through MS Excel and PowerPoint. Work closely with Global Account Managers to plan the overall client relationship strategy, concentrating on growth, service improvement and new businesses. Leadership & Operations Passion to own and drive process /service improvements within the managed teams and provide recommendation for improvements.
