I was a tutor way back in college. I am an Elementary Science Teacher for 12+ years, a volleyball coach and trainer for 9 years and I also studied culinary arts because it is my passion and hobby.

Approach:

My approach is the discovery method, question and answer, hands-on and many more. It depends on the topic and it depends on the child. if the child lack focus, you have to set the focus first and you should be able to get his attention. If you are able to get his attention, then the rest will follow. A child is like a clay you have to mold him. A child is like a "tabula rasa" a blank tablet wherein you have to make the markings.
