Ms Jess is a great Biology tutor for university courses. I had a really hard time finding tutors for higher level biology and was thrilled to find one with prior teaching experience. She explained and simplified complex processes for me and helped me through my first semester at university. Also, she's very patient and supportive with her students. Julie is very organised and knows so much about IELTS exam. She teaches me to get better in English. She looks through my work and sees my errors. I had a couple of classes with her for my IELTS Academic test. She is very competent in what she is doing. She is also willing to provide help as necessary without hesitation. 1. She is constant on her mobile during lessons. She will set a worksheet then sit on her phone till it's done. I find that unprofessional and unfair. 2. She is unreliable. She cancelled an important 2 hour lesson that was booked for the day before an assessment at 3am in the morning saying she had a cold so had been admitted into hospital!! I was very disappointed for obvious reasons. 3. She was late by an hour for class.
