The purpose of this class is to help improve posture, turnout, balance/stability, flexibility and more. The class will end with some gentle stretches to help ease tight muscles and leave you feeling relaxed and lengthened. Please wear comfortable clothing, or gym wear and either ballet shoes or bare feet. Mats will be provided for you but if you prefer you are welcome to bring your own.
