Melissa has been tutoring our freshman since last November in English. Our student studies at the American School of Doha. She is very experienced and has an extensive knowledge of the curriculum at our school. Melissa conveys the knowledge of complex material in a manner to be understandable and interesting. Our student has been working on the writing structure to be concise with Melissa’s great explanations and guidance. The sessions are engaging and supportive. Melissa is patience and kind and will always adjust the teaching hours to our student’s needs. Apart from the improvement in the grades, we are observing growth in our student, especially in writing. We highly recommend her as a tutor.

I struggle a lot in math and was really worried about my SATs but Melissa helped me a lot and made me feel more confident in my mathematical abilities. Doing the classes through zoom made me feel better as I could study in the comfort of my own room and had flexibility in scheduling lessons.

Melissa has been helping my daughter, who attends the American School of Doha, to prepare for the SAT by giving her practice questions, tips, and strategies. Melissa has also been helping my daughter to improve her reading and writing skills in general.  Melissa is friendly, dynamic, and professional. My daughter felt comfortable with her from the beginning.  Melissa is an excellent tutor who I highly recommend!   

I didn’t know how to approach the ACT at first, my math skills were very low. Melissa guided me through each question and helped me understand the strategies to get a high score. Not only that, but she helped me with the IELTS test, and my writing skills improved tremendously and eventually I achieved high scores. I’m truly grateful for her aid and couldn’t have asked for a more a better equipped teacher. She also helped me with my college applications which really reduced my stress. I promise you won’t regret her tutoring you.

I've worked with Melissa to get the score band I was looking for in IELTS. Actually, she is very specific and well organized, she tailors a study plan focusing on the student's weaknesses and enhances his/her confidence to achieve the goal. Furthermore, studying online is way more convenient than going to an institute, and Melissa makes it even easier as she is very flexible on timing and sessions' schedule.

Miss Amra taught me both biology and chemistry. She is experienced and taught me A level biology and general chemistry for university. She is patient and always highly prepared. She is also always supportive and encouraging.

She is trying her best to deliver the idea of the lessons and making the lessons more simple to students, she is preparing the materials that will teach ahead of time. So during the sessions, she was fully prepared and we didn't get lost and all the questions that were given during the sessions were very helpful, because of these question I got A in my course.

Mr. Art is a great teacher. He always comes to our home prepared. He prepares examination reviewers, gives advice on taking the test - and is most especially kind and understanding whenever he teaches me.

Teaching multiple students can be challenging but she does it perfectly! What I liked most is that she took the time to get to know each student, their personality and their needs and taught accordingly. I love her teaching method, interactive and playful. I also love how she can take charge and handles the situation and take control if students got out of hand. And mostly, my kids love her and look forward to her classes!
